Postage and Packaging Costs:

At The Silly Shack we don’t want our customers to pay any more than they have to for postage and packaging and so we set our P&P prices so that you only pay for what it costs to send the items that you have ordered. However, for the benefit of those who order several items we have also added a maximum P&P cost to prevent your postage cost mounting up. Our maximum postage cost is currently set at £4.45, therefore you will only pay for what you use but you’ll never pay anymore than £4.45 for postage and packaging.

Delivery:

At this present time The Silly Shack only delivers to addresses within the United Kingdom. Our products are normally delivered within 7 days. However, please allow 14 days for delivery. We will not be liable for any other losses or expenses that you may suffer from a late delivery.

Returns:

At The Silly Shack we operate a 14-day no quibbles returns policy. Therefore, if you are not completely satisfied with any of the products that you have purchased from us please send them back to us within 14 days of your receipt and we will give you a full refund minus the cost of postage and packaging.

Out of Stock Items:

At The Silly Shack we regularly update our website so that our customers know which items are in and out of stock. However, if you do happen to order an out of stock item before the system is updated we will contact you to inform you of this.
